Vinyasa Yoga with Fran

Vinyasa Yoga with Fran

05 February 2020 - 22 February 2020

Join us in the gallery to unwind and relax with Flow with Fran.

Fran Giacomozzi will host a vinyasa-style yoga class, specifically tailored to increase body mobility and release muscular tension. She is a qualified yoga instructor

with 240hrs Teacher Training Certificate, qualified in Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin yoga disciplines.
The session aims to offer an increased awareness of the body and mind through a challenging, yet relaxing class. Vinyasa means breath synchronized movement and the breath is the heart of this discipline.

No prior experience of yoga will be required, however the session will be physically demanding and involve floor work, so please bear this in mind when deciding whether it may be suitable for your personal needs.

Please bring your own yoga mat, but one will be provided if needed.

Please note the gallery will still be open to the public.

During February we will host two lunchtime yoga sessions to use the Gallery space in new ways and take advantage of the flexibility of the Thumbs Up display. Each session will have fifteen available places.
