Castlefield Gallery Associates Membership Refund Policy
If you pay for a membership subscription to Castlefield Gallery Associates, you are entitled to a grace period of 7 working days, starting from your monthly or yearly renewal date, during which you have the right to cancel your subscription and receive a refund.
You do not need to give a reason to cancel your subscription if you have emailed associates@castlefieldgallery.co.uk with your refund request during this period. We will refund your payment within 30 days of your cancellation. No refund requests will be accepted after 7 working days.
Refund conditions
No refund will be given for the requested period if Castlefield Gallery has reason to believe that an individual has benefitted from being a Castlefield Gallery Associate by having access to member specific information, obtaining member discounts, or attending member-only events and development sessions.
How to cancel within 7 working days of purchase
Should you wish to cancel your subscription within the 7 working-day period following your subscription renewal date, please email us at associates@castlefieldgallery.co.uk
Refunds following cancellation
If you email to cancel your subscription within 7 working days from your renewal/purchase date then we will refund your payment.
Please note if you joined before July 2024, then you may pay your subscription via paypal or direct debit. If you became a member after July 2024, the only payment option is via Stripe on our website. You will receive a refund to your bank account on the card you paid with.
- If you paid by bank transfer, your refund will be made directly to your credit or debit card within 30 days of your cancellation.
- If you paid by Paypal, then you must cancel your standing Paypal payments via your Paypal account and our admin will remove your membership benefits once notified by Paypal, alternatively, email associates@castlefieldgallery.co.uk who will do this for you. ( NB. only members who joined before July 2024 have the option to pay via Paypal.)
- If you paid by any other means, then your refund will be made by cheque, this will be posted to you within 30 days of your cancellation.
If you cancel your purchase after the 7-day grace period then you will not be entitled to receive a refund as it is considered that the individual will have benefitted from being a Castlefield Gallery Associate by having access to Associate-specific site content, access to member discounts and resources, registering for events and participating in networks, and receiving emails.
